How to request a refund

If you're not completely satisfied for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order, simply contact us at faziastore@outlook.com with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund promptly — no questions asked.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

In most cases we do not require you to return the item. Our team will advise on a case by case basis.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
